Though it is not that big of a celebration in Mexico, the United States has celebrated Cinco de Mayo to recognize and acknowledge the Mexican culture and heritage. This celebration includes brightly colored parades, vibrant dresses and clothing, festive music, drinks and laughter, and most especially, sizzling and delicious food.
