2 cups all-purpose flour 

1 tsp finely ground sea salt

1/2 cup lukewarm water

Instructions

Mix the flour and salt on a dry surface or a large mixing bowl until well combined. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour the water in. Mix the flour and water together with your hands until it forms into a solid ball. Add more water and/or flour if needed. Knead the dough on a well-floured surface for 10 minutes then split the dough into four balls of dough and cover three of them with plastic wrap. Roll out one segment at a time. Stretch the dough out until it’s thin then cut it into strips for or any shape you like. Cook in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes until it floats to the top, and you’re done!
