You know how kids are always on the go, right? So they often end up skipping the most important meal of the day – that morning breakfast. It can totally affect their energy and mood throughout the day. It’s so important for them not to make a habit of missing meals while they’re still growing up.

With this in mind, I recommend providing kids with breakfast meals that are convenient to eat or transport on the way to school: casseroles, french toasts, chocolate chips. Kids will love it!
