For the lot of you who have been religiously reading my blogs for a while now, you may have known already that chicken is indeed one of my favorite dishes. But this one is also one of my favorite gluten-free casserole recipes.

You’ve seen me come up with multiple recipes for it in the past. But with how often I eat chicken, sometimes you just wish that you could get a taste of something a bit different.

Well, let me tell you. One awesome alternative to chicken is turkey. This cream turkey rice bake is absolutely perfect if you want to invite a couple of friends over to your place.

26. Spinach and Tuna Noodle Casserole

I used to watch Popeye back when I was a kid. With that, even though I wasn’t a big fan of greens back then, I used to think that spinach was awesome.

It could make you super strong and would enable you to defend people.

I don’t think I’m the only one who feels like this about Popeye. I bet there would be a lot of children as well that you can scam into eating a couple of greens through this spinach and tuna noodle casserole.

25. Baked Mac and Cheese

Mac and cheese bring back so many memories. You can see that I am quite a bubbly person. I have plenty of friends and I am pretty outgoing.

I consider myself to be a fun person. But I have my gloomy days as well. And this is most especially true when I was still in college.

And even though it’s not that obvious, I used to find comfort in food during these gloomy days. And would you have guessed that mac and cheese was an all-time favorite of mine?

You can check out this awesome baked gluten free mac and cheese recipe here.

24. Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipes

I can remember back in the days when I would always ask my mom to make me a bowl of chicken noodle soup on cold days.

Well, the obvious reason I would make this request is that I don’t catch a cold. But most importantly, I simply love chicken noodle soup.

But you know one thing that’s a whole lot better than chicken noodle soup? Casserole. We just can’t get enough of casseroles, can we?

It’s an excellent staple as well for people who are trying to lose a bit of weight. Even though it looks on the surface as if this chicken noodle casserole packs quite a punch in terms of calories, it is actually quite healthy.

22. Broccoli, Cheese, and Rice Casserole

I know you guys always hear me talk about how much I love this type of food, that type of food. I am a bonafide food lover after all. But you know what?

I was never really a fan of Brocolli. I mean I am now but when I was a kid, I’d cringe at the sight of broccoli served at our dinner table.

But you know something that I do like? Cheddar cheese. And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one. I was really pleased with myself when I came up with a recipe that combined the goodness of cheese as well as the one food that my tummy could never take: broccoli.

21. Spaghetti Squash Casserole

You can ask anyone about their top ten favorite meals. Casserole and spaghetti would most likely be on the list. Who doesn’t like spaghetti? The only thing wrong with spaghetti is that it packs a lot of calories. And let’s face it. We don’t really want that.

But with this recipe, I could replace pasta with strands of squash. Who knew it would make a wonderful alternative for Spaghetti Casserole? I’m not going to lie. It stands as a powerful and mouth-watering meal for any occasion. I really love eating this casserole even when it’s just a normal evening with my family (Adding cheese makes the recipe more delicious than it already is). Do you know why I love casseroles so much? It’s simply the perfect breakfast casserole for people like me who needs to start moving and get out of the house first thing.

This Classic Overnight Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole recipe is honestly one of the first stapes I’ve made with casseroles.

It may be a simple recipe but it is because of this simplicity that makes it so tasty. You’ll never grow tired of this recipe, that’s going to be for sure. You are going to love them and your family will too. Now, if you wanted to get started on this dish, you can check out my recipe right here.

19. Gluten-Free Casserole Turkey Enchilada Baked

I wasn’t really that into Mexican casseroles before I had my first taste of turkey enchilada back in College. A really close friend of mine was the one who introduced it to me. It was Thanksgiving and since she had already known me for like forever, her family loved me enough to invite me for Thanksgiving dinner.

I’m really close with everyone there so I was more than thrilled to come. Turkey enchilada casseroles were a common favorite among the household. Even though I wasn’t a complete fan when it comes to Mexican food, I wanted to give it a try as well. My taste for food has never been the same ever since.

There’s only one problem. Eating a lot of Turkey Enchilada can really mess up your shape. And since reunions and gatherings never stop from where I grew up, I started to play with the dish a bit.

And then lo and behold, I was able to come up with my very own Gluten-Free Turkey Enchilada Baked recipe. It’s simply going to be one of the most delicious things you’ll ever consume.

It’s great to add to your diet if you’re trying to lose or maintain your weight since it is proven to be a really healthy dish. You can check out the recipe here.

18. Beef and Cauliflower Stuffed Pepper Casserole

I came up with this recipe when I was starting to get serious with my cooking career. You can bet that it wasn’t always perfect. I had to add and remove some elements over the years. I am proud of the progress I have made on it.

That’s why I am even sharing the recipe here with you guys with all confidence. You’re going to love it.

It’s really tasty, full of meat, how we like our casseroles. And the most important thing about it is that it is low-carb.

Where else would you find casseroles so delicious and low-carb all in one? Just here in my blog, most likely. So anyway, if you want to check out the recipe (and I’m sure you do), you can do so here.

17. Easy Strawberry Baked Oatmeal

I love almost everything that comes in pink. Evidently, the same is true even with food. Strawberries are one of my favorites.

I can even remember that when I was still a young girl, I would come with my family to some fast-food chain near our school.

I couldn’t remember the name of the fast food anymore. But we would usually go there to buy ice cream and I would always go for the strawberry jelly-topped ice cream.

Even when there are new varieties of ice cream, I always choose this one since Strawberry is indeed a personal favorite. If I ever wanted to taste new flavors, I would, but I’d still buy another ice cream that has the Strawberries that I love so much.

With my love for Strawberries, I eventually came up with a recipe so that I can add strawberries to my daily breakfast staple. That is where my Easy Strawberry Baked Oatmeal recipe started to come in.

I needed the type of breakfast casserole that was delicious and healthy all propped into one and this was the result.

If you ever wanted to give this one a try (you’re going to love it for sure) then you can check out my recipe here.

16. Easy 5-Ingredient Egg Bake

You will usually find eggs in every breakfast staple. But if you ever meet me in person, don’t be surprised if you find me eating eggs for every meal of the day.

I don’t know. Maybe I just happened to be raised in a family that is quite fond of eggs. Needless to say, eggs are my favorite part of any meal.

I’m a food lover and as such, I found myself exploring different ways to serve food. And since I love eggs so much, I have a couple of recipes that center around eggs.
