What is the best soup to eat to lose weight?
If you are on a weight loss journey, then you may want to consider adding soup to your diet. Aside from it being filling, soups also contain ingredients that make you feel more satiated which makes you eat less. Soups also help avoid blood sugar and insulin spikes and help you burn fat quicker. And since there are endless varieties and recipes for soup out there, you may be overwhelmed with the choices. But if you are looking for the best soup to eat while losing weight, then a warm bowl of vegetable soup is your best option. Most vegetable soup contains 100 calories or less per serving. Aside from this, the vegetables themselves contain lots of fiber which will help you feel full and satiated – making you eat less all day. You can also opt for a tomato or broth-based soup which also has low calorie count. And if you are craving for a creamy soup, then use fat-free evaporated milk instead of whole milk.
